This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home is truly a gem! The first bedroom and bathroom on one side of the home are perfect for family members while the living room and kitchen create a cozy atmosphere and divide the master bedroom and en suite bathroom for extra privacy. A full-size washer & dryer are available to you right off of the guest bathroom. All bed linens, towels, and beach towels are provided for you. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available as well. This home is perfectly located about 1 block from the beach at the border of Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. Make sure to grab all the beach gear - the rolling beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels. Have a great time! This home has a smart Roku TV in every room. Board games and puzzles are in the living room for your enjoyment. Take advantage of the top of the line Article pullout couch for extra sleeping space or an elevated comfy movie night. Due to local laws, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book; no exceptions. Charcoal grills are prohibited on the property. Please treat the property as you would your own; leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. To prevent theft of or damages to furnishings or your personal property, please close and lock the doors and windows when you are not present at the property and upon check out. The renter is liable for any damage to the property during the renter's occupancy. Failure to abide by these rules will result in forfeiture of your rights to rent the property up to and including immediate removal from the property without a refund as well as a minimum $500 fine.

The closest beach is public access. Just walk down the quiet neighborhood road straight towards the ocean. It's about a block walk to the beach. Both bedrooms have brand-new memory foam mattresses, 2 medium firm memory foam pillows, 2 soft luxury pillows, a lightweight comforter for warm sleepers, and an extra blanket for cool nights. Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays.

You will be given a unique four-digit code to unlock the front door smart lock via message. Once you enter the four digits, wait a moment for the deadbolt to open, then open the door. To lock the door from the outside, just press the lock button.
