Your tropical beach oasis...

We throughly enjoyed our stay!!! Katie was very responsive with anything that was asked, we loved having a little tropical oasis on the back porch with all the foliage. It’s a very easy peaceful walk to the beach, takes 5 mins. We will definitely be back!

I was here for 1 night with my family during our visit to KSC and the stay was beautiful. The apartment was clean as shown in the pictures. The location is very close to the beach. Overall a very good experience!

We had a great stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it perfect for my family. There was a noticeable smoke smell in one of the rooms, but the host was very kind and quick to respond. I mentioned it might have come from a neighboring unit, and she was very understanding, offering a solution and sincerely apologizing. Her prompt communication and attentiveness were much appreciated, and she made sure we felt taken care of. Despite the issue, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider staying again!

Katie was an incredible host and has created a great space minutes away from buzz of Cocoa Beach and second away from a low traffic peaceful beach. The space is clean, outfitted and has everything needed - from beach accessories to fully stocked kitchen. Katie was responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend if you want a great spot with the best of both worlds - out of the chaos of “downtown” but still close enough to walk to the pier or drive into town.

Kathryn was very responsive and totally helpful. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Just wish there was better scenery out the back patio or even a pool. Go Pirates!!

My family and I travel a lot and this by far has been one of our favorite airbnbs. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay plus the quick walk to the beach was phenomenal! My kids loved walking down in the afternoon and at night to look for fiddler crabs because it was so close. The host was very responsive when I had any questions and when we booked last minute, which I am grateful of her quick response. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay at Kathryn's property. It had a lovely screened in balcony surrounded by lush tropical greenery. The inside was clean and sleek and the kitchen was well stocked. I loved the floorplan as the rooms were at opposite ends of the condo. We used the beach wagon and chairs provided to pull down to the beach where we got to watch a rocket launch. What a great stay, we highly recommend!

One of my best Airbnb experiences. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for easy access to the beach (1.5 blocks), peaceful and quiet surroundings, and lots of restaurant options within a short drive. Katie went above and beyond to make you feel at home with tasteful decorations, quality linens, and a fully equipped kitchen. Check-in/out was seamless and she was quick to respond to messages. The place was absolutely spotless, spacious and comfortable with personal touches, snacks, and beach accessories.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was so cute and relaxing. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Kathryn was very communicative and helped us out a lot!

We almost had a nightmare of a night where we had another reservation that our host had no record of. Airbnb was fantastic in being able to contact Kathryn at 10:30 pm to see if we could stay at her place for the evening. She graciously let us in her home and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The condo had everything we needed and was very easy to check in and out of. My favorite part was the complimentary coffee bar ☕️. I definitely recommend staying here!
